GIVEAWAY RULES

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES:

(A) To enter online, complete the online registration form on the right side of the screen to submit your entry. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PACIFIC of the date provided for the respective entry deadline to be included in that designated Giveaway Drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person/number/email address.

The following promotion is intended for viewing in the contiguous United States only and you may only enter if you are 18 years of age or older. This promotion shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed on this site if you are not a resident of, and located in, the contiguous United States at the time of entry.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States. You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and agents of Hollywood Hunter Productions Inc. d/b/a Hollywood Hunter are ineligible to participate.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD:

May 3rd through May 14th, 2018. All eligible entries received from the time announced, May 3rd until 11:59 PACIFIC on May 14th are eligible to win.

One drawing will be announced within 3 days of the May 14th deadline.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning GIVEAWAY will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY:

(A) To enter online, visit HollywoodHunter.TV, Complete the online registration form and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PACIFIC of the date for the respective entry deadline mentioned above to be included in the Prize Drawing.

(B) No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Limit one (1) entry per person/number/email address.

Hollywood Hunter Productions, Inc. d/b/a Hollywood Hunter hereafter referred to as “HH” is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. HH is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. HH is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage-due or incomplete entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not specified in these rules; all such entries will be disqualified. HH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the online portion of this Giveaway should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of HH corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway. In case of cancellation or suspension, all eligible, non-suspect online entries received as of the date/time such action was taken will be included in the Giveaway Drawing.

HH is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading or accessing any materials in the Giveaway. All entries become property of HH and will not be returned. Participants will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of HH, if you attempt (i) to enter the Giveaway through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Giveaway, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway. If either of the above occurs, HH has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SELECTION OF WINNER:

One lucky winner will be selected in random drawing on or about the 15th of May after the drawing deadline date. HH reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Giveaway drawings without prior notice. HH may require winner who entered online to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the Giveaway via the online entry method. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules in any way will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries in the appropriate entry pool.

Any expenses related to prizes that are not expressly provided herein shall be the responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local income taxes on Giveaway. Winner of giveaway valued at $600 or more will be issued IRS Forms 1099 for the value of the giveaway.

Giveaway is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as provided herein.

Acceptance of a giveaway constitutes permission for HH and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media worldwide without notice, limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

HH is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the giveaway/winner.

NOTIFICATION:

Giveaway winner's name will be posted on HH Web site and the winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. HH is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected, not received, or undeliverable because of errors in e-mail addresses and phone numbers submitted by entrants, because such addresses are no longer correct, or for any other reason beyond the control of HH. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool. Any giveaway notification or giveaway returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the giveaway, and giveaway will be awarded to an alternate winner chosen in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of initial notification or giveaway may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner as provided herein.

REDEMPTION:

Following verification of eligibility, and completion by the potential giveaway winner of any required state or federal documents necessary to legally transfer/award any giveaway, HH will deliver giveaway by common carrier to the address on the winning entry.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to release and hold HH and its directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, and all giveaway suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with participation in the Giveaway or in any giveaway-related activities, or resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any giveaway, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Giveaway is void outside the contiguous United States and wherever prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HH and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, selecting winner, will be made by HH, whose decisions shall be final.

SEVERABILITY:

In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. By entering, you acknowledge that you intend that the provisions of these Official Rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, you agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW:

Except where prohibited, by participating, each entrant agrees that this Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the States of Utah & California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of this Giveaway, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in Utah & California for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any giveaway awarded.

PRIZE WINNER:

Giveaway winner's name will be posted on HH web site.

PRIVACY POLICY:

HH is the sole owner of the information collected. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization and sponsor partners, other than necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about new updates, giveaways, or changes to this policy.

FUTURE EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS:

By entering the giveaway, the entrant hereby acknowledges that they opt-in to accept future emails from HH and it’s affiliated partners/sponsors regarding future giveaways, promotions and notifications. Entrant (recipient) will be given the opportunity to opt-out of any future emails at any time.
